The Howard Violin School of Talent Education brings families together through music. This studio follows the Suzuki teaching method. We believe all children have talent, and students will succeed in their musical ability by a nurturing environment, learning music by listening, and by learning new skills in small steps, having each attempt affirmed and supported with positive reinforcement. In this studio we recognize the important role the parent has with the child in the early beginning, and how the parents and teachers relationship is essential to the success of the child. In Suzuki we study how to develop talent through education, we set high standards knowing this ensures the success of the student. We teach individual lessons to let each child progress at his or her own pace, and we teach group classes to review the materials presented in the private lesson and to introduce the skill of playing together.
